Description
The DG181AA is an analog gate that functions as an electronic switch. It consists of 2 or 4 N-channel junction-type field-effect transistors (JFET). The gate is designed to be controlled by low-level inputs (0.8V to 2V) and has a faster turn-off speed than turn-on speed, allowing for break-before-make action when switching channels. In the ON state, the switch conducts current equally well in both directions. In the OFF state, it can block voltages up to 20V peak-to-peak. The switch-off input-output isolation is 50dB at 10MHz due to the low output impedance of the FET-gate driving circuit.
