Description
The IDTQS3125QG8 is a high-speed, low-resistance CMOS switch used for signal and control switching in electronic devices. It consists of four switches that connect inputs to outputs without any delay or added ground bounce noise. With individual enables (OE) to turn on the switches, this device provides noise-free and efficient operation. It is suitable for both digital and analog switching applications, including video. The IDTQS3125QG8 operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

- Enhanced N channel FET with no inherent diode to Vcc.
- Pin compatible with the 74’125 function.
- Zero propagation delay and zero added ground bounce.
- Undershoot clamp diodes on all switch and control inputs.
- Available in QSOP and SOIC packages.
