The Fairchild Power Switch (FPS) product family, model CBTU4411EE, is specifically designed for offline SMPS with minimal external components. It consists of a high voltage power SenseFET and a current mode PWM IC. The integrated PWM controller features an optimized gate turn on/turn off driver, under voltage lockout, thermal shut down protection, over voltage protection, and temperature compensated precision current sources for loop compensation and fault protection circuitry.Specifications and features
