The MAX2630EUS is a low voltage, low-noise amplifier for use from VHF to microwave frequencies. It has a flat gain response to 900MHz, low noise figure, and low supply current, making it ideal for receive, buffer, and transmit IF applications. This device can operate from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply, and it features an ultra-small SOT package.
