Description
The LFECP6E-3Q208C is a model of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) in the LatticeECP/EC family. It is designed to deliver mainstream FPGA features at a low cost. This FPGA concept combines an efficient FPGA fabric with high-speed dedicated functions. The LFECP6E-3Q208C features extensive density and package options, with options ranging from 1.5K to 32.8K LUT4s and 65 to 496 I/Os. It also supports density migration. The LatticeECP version of the LFECP6E-3Q208C includes the sysDSP Block, which provides high-performance multiply and accumulate functions. The LFECP6E-3Q208C also includes embedded and distributed memory, with options ranging from 18 Kbits to 498 Kbits of sysMEM Embedded Block RAM (EBR) and up to 131 Kbits of distributed RAM. It features a flexible I/O buffer that supports a wide range of interfaces, including LVCMOS, LVTTL, SSTL, HSTL, PCI, LVDS, and more. The LFECP6E-3Q208C also supports dedicated DDR Memory and includes sysCLOCK PLLs for clock multiplication, division, and phase shifting. It provides system level support with IEEE Standard 1149.1 Boundary Scan and ispTRACY internal logic analyzer capability. The LFECP6E-3Q208C is a low-cost FPGA optimized for mainstream applications and is available in TQFP and PQFP packaging.
