Description
The VN2224N3 is an enhancement-mode transistor belonging to the field effect tube (MOSFET) product category. It is built using advanced DMOS technology which produces devices with the power handling capabilities of bipolar transistors while taking advantage of the high input impedance and positive temperature coefficient inherent in MOS devices. These transistors use vertical DMOS structure and Supertex’s well-proven silicon-gate manufacturing process to provide excellent thermal stability.
