Description
The LTC2631AITS8-LM12 is a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) component model. It is part of the LTC2633 family of dual voltage-output DACs with an integrated high accuracy, low drift reference. The LTC2631AITS8-LM12 comes in an 8-lead TSOT-23 package and has rail-to-rail output buffers. It is guaranteed to be monotonic. The LTC2631AITS8-LM12-L has a full-scale output of 2.5V and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The LTC2631AITS8-LM12-H has a full-scale output of 4.096V and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. Each DAC can operate with an external reference to set the full-scale output to the external reference voltage. The LTC2631AITS8-LM12 communicates via a 2-wire I2C-compatible serial interface and can operate in both standard mode (clock rate of 100kHz) and fast mode (clock rate of 400kHz). It also incorporates a power-on reset circuit.
