Description
The Electronic Component Model C0805C471J2RACTU is a type C multilayer ceramic chip capacitor. It is available in various temperature coefficients including COG (NPO), X7R, Z5U, and Y5V. The capacitor comes in five standard sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210), with the exception of 0603 size which is not available in the Z5U temperature coefficient. The capacitor features nickel barrier/solder terminations, allowing it to be used in 63 Vdc applications even though it has a voltage rating of 50 Vdc. It is also surface mountable and comes on tape and reel for standard packaging.
