The LTC4364IDE-2#TRPBF is a surge suppressor that helps protect against high, low, and negative power supply input voltages. This component is designed to control the gate voltages of a pair of external N-channel MOSFETs, ensuring that the output stays within a safe operating range. It has a wide operating voltage range of 2.5V to 34V and can withstand voltages between –40V and 60V. During normal operation, it consumes only 125μA, making it an energy-efficient option for electronic circuits.
