Description
The LP2985A-30DBVR is a micropower voltage regulator with very low dropout voltage and quiescent current. It is ideally suited for use in battery-powered systems. The LP2985A-30DBVR is available in a 3-pin TO-92 package, making it pin compatible with older 5V regulators. It is also available in 8-pin DIP and 8-pin SOIC versions with additional features such as programmable output voltage and logic controlled shutdown.
