The MW6IC2015N wideband integrated circuit is a thin film capacitor designed for base station applications. It uses Freescale's newest High Voltage LDMOS IC technology and integrates a multi-stage structure. With a wideband on-chip design, it is usable from 1805 to 1990 MHz, covering all modulation formats for cellular applications including GSM, GSM EDGE, PHS, TDMA, CDMA, W-CDMA, and TD-SCDMA.
The MW6IC2015N has a power gain of 26 dB and a power added efficiency of 28%. It has an IMD of -30 dBc and is capable of handling a 3:1 VSWR at 26 Vdc, 1990 MHz, and 15 Watts CW output power. It is stable into a 3:1 VSWR with all spurs below -60 dBc at 100 mW to 8 W CW Pout.
Features of the MW6IC2015N include characterized series equivalent large-signal impedance parameters and common source scattering parameters, on-chip matching with a 50 Ohm input, DC blocked, and greater than 5 Ohm output, integrated quiescent current temperature compensation with enable/disable function, integrated ESD protection, designed for lower memory effects and wide instantaneous bandwidth applications, and it is 225°C capable in a plastic package. It is also RoHS compliant and available in tape and reel.
