Description
The DFLS260-7 is a diode and rectifier component model. It is an adjustable frequency monolithic buck switching regulator that operates with a wide input voltage range up to 42V. The design of this component ensures low quiescent current consumption of only 2.7µA while regulating with no load. In addition, it features low ripple Burst Mode operation to maintain high efficiency at low output currents and keep the output ripple below 15mV in typical applications. With a maximum load current of 2.5A, the DFLS260-7 also has current limit foldback for power dissipation limitation during short circuits. Furthermore, it maintains a low dropout voltage of 500mV when the input voltage drops below the programmed output voltage, making it suitable for automotive cold crank scenarios.
