Description
The MIC37101-1.8 BMTR is a 1A low dropout linear voltage regulator designed to provide low-voltage, high-current output in a compact package. It features Micrel's proprietary Super βeta PNP™ pass element, which enables an extremely low dropout voltage and low ground current. The regulator supports fixed and adjustable output voltages up to 1.24V and is stable with a 10µF ceramic output capacitor. It is ideal for voltage conversions between 3.0V to 2.5V and 2.5V to 1.8V, 1.65V, or 1.5V. With a guaranteed minimum output current of 1A and 1% initial accuracy, it offers reliable performance in various applications. The MIC37101-1.8 BMTR is available in low-profile SOT-223, Power SO-8, and S-PAK packages.
