Description
The 93LC66C-I/SN is an EEPROM, a 4K bit low-voltage serial Electrically Erasable PROM specifically designed by Microchip Technology Inc. They provide word-selectable options such as 93AA66C, 93LC66C, or 93C66C, allowing you to set word size externally via logic levels driving the ORG pin. The 93XX66A devices provide dedicated 8-bit communication whereas the 93XX66B are designed for 16-bit communication. These devices are optimized for low-power, nonvolatile memory applications and are available in different packaging options such as 8-lead PDIP and SOIC, 8-lead MSOP, 6-lead SOT-23, 8-Lead 2x3 DFN, and 8-lead TSSOP.
