Description
The LT3020IMS8 is a micropower, low dropout voltage (LDO) linear regulator in the LT3007 series. It is designed for applications that require moderate output drive capability coupled with ultralow standby power consumption. The device has a dropout voltage of 300mV and can supply up to 20mA output current. The LT3020IMS8 is available in fixed output voltages of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V, as well as an adjustable version with an output voltage range of 0.6V to 44.5V. This regulator is housed in a thermally enhanced 8-lead TSOT-23 package.
