Description
The CD4026BNSR is an electronic component model in the Counters/Dividers product category. It is an 8-stage parallel input/serial output shift register. The CD4021BC has a parallel/serial control input that enables individual JAM inputs to each of the 8 stages. Q outputs are available from the sixth, seventh, and eighth stages. All outputs have equal source and sink current capabilities and conform to the standard "B" series output drive. The register can be shifted serially into the data synchronously with the positive transition of the clock when the parallel/serial control input is in logical "0" state. Alternatively, data can be jammed asynchronously into each stage of the register when the parallel/serial control is in the logical "1" state. All inputs are protected against static discharge with diodes to VDD and VSS.Specifications and features
