Description
The TLV2254IN is an instrumentation OpAmp that provides high performance and versatile features. It offers a rail-to-rail output swing feature, making it an excellent alternative to the TLC27x family for applications requiring rail-to-rail output swings. The TLV2254IN is fully specified for 5V and ±5V supplies but can operate from a varied range of rechargeable cells from ±8V down to ±1.35V. It has excellent low voltage operation down to 2.7V, thus making it compatible with Li-Ion powered systems and micro-power microcontrollers. It also provides 2-MHz bandwidth from only 550μA supply current. The TLV2254IN is available in SOIC packaging, and the TLV271 is additionally available in the SOT25 package.
