Description
The 74FCT163244APV is a 16-bit buffer/line driver that is designed using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. It is a high-speed and low-power device that offers bus/backplane interface capability while also improving packing density. The device has a flow-through organization which simplifies board layout. It can be operated in a Quad-Nibble, Dual-Byte, or single 16-bit word mode, and all inputs are designed with hysteresis for improved noise margin.
