The 12105C104KAT2A is a ceramic disc capacitor, specifically designed as a broadband high linearity amplifier. It utilizes Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor Technology (InGaP HBT) to provide excellent performance in a broad range of Class A applications. It is internally input matched and output prematched, making it easy to use in various small-signal RF applications, including cellular, PCS, BWA, WLL, PHS, CATV, VHF, UHF, and UMTS.
