Description
The LT1397HDE#PBF is a current feedback amplifier with a 400MHz bandwidth and an 800V/µs slew rate. It can drive up to 80mA of output current and operates on supplies from 4V to ±6V. The amplifier has a low supply current of 4.6mA per amplifier and is available in various packages.
