Description
The LT1795ISW#TR is a dual current feedback amplifier with high output current and excellent large signal characteristics. It has a high slew rate, 500mA output drive, and can operate up to ±15V. The LT1795ISW#TR can deliver significant power at frequencies in the 1MHz to 2MHz range. It has short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown features to ensure its ruggedness. The amplifier is stable with large capacitive loads and can easily supply the large currents required by capacitive loading. It also has a shutdown feature that switches the device into a high impedance, low current mode to reduce power dissipation when not in use. The supply current can be reduced for lower bandwidth applications with a single external resistor. The LT1795ISW#TR comes in a small, thermally enhanced, 20-lead TSSOP package for maximum port density in line driver applications.
