The 06033A560JAT2A is a ceramic disc capacitor that utilizes Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor Technology (InGaP HBT).
This high efficiency/linearity amplifier, known as the MMA20312BV, is a 2-stage amplifier designed for use as a linear driver amplifier in wireless base station applications. It can also be used as an output stage in femtocell or repeater applications. The amplifier operates at frequencies ranging from 1800 to 2200 MHz and supports CDMA, TD-SCDMA, PCS, UMTS, and LTE. It requires an operating voltage between 3 to 5 V and comes in a cost-effective, surface mount QFN plastic package.
