Description
The ISL6336CRZ-T is a special purpose voltage regulator that controls microprocessor core voltage regulation by driving up to 6 interleaved synchronous-rectified buck channels in parallel. It uses a multiphase buck converter architecture to reduce ripple and increase efficiency. This model is compliant with Intel's VR11.1 specification and features active pulse positioning, adaptive phase alignment, and diode emulation for high efficiency at light load. It also has precision voltage regulation, current sensing, thermal and overcurrent protection, and programmable temperature compensation.
