Description
The W40S01-04H is a low-voltage, eighteen-output signal buffer designed for driving SDRAM DIMMs. It is ideal for high-performance systems designed around Intel's 440BX chip set. The buffer has a single 3.3V supply voltage and features a low power CMOS design packaged in a 48-pin SSOP (Small Shrink Outline Package).
