Electronic Component Model: DD21961 is a D-Sub Connector Accessory. It is a PIN Diode Driver designed by Spectrum Microwave. The drivers have an output current capability ranging from 10 mA to 50 mA with fast switching speeds of up to 6 ns. The drivers are built with thin film metalization on ceramic substrates, ensuring low parasitic capacitance for small size, fast switching, and excellent reliability. Spectrum Microwave also offers M IL-STD-883 Level B Screening for these drivers. The operating temperature range is -55º to +125ºC, and the storage temperature range is -65º to -150ºC.
