Description
The WM8994ECS is a high performance ultra-low power stereo CODEC optimized for portable audio applications. It features stereo ground-referenced headphone amplifiers using the Wolfson 'Class W' amplifier techniques and incorporates an innovative dual-mode charge pump architecture to maximize efficiency and power consumption during playback. The ground-referenced outputs eliminate the need for headphone coupling capacitors, and both the headphone and line outputs include common mode feedback paths to reject ground noise.
