The ADL5502ACBZ is a mean-responding power detector designed for use in high frequency receiver and transmitter signal chains. It operates in the frequency range of 800 MHz to 3.8 GHz and has an envelope bandwidth of 10 MHz. With its true rms response detector and envelope output with peak hold option, the ADL5502ACBZ enables accurate measurement of the crest factor of modulated signals. It requires a single supply between 2.7V and 3.5V and has a low power consumption of less than 5 mA.
