Description
The LP3981ILD-3.03 is a linear voltage regulator designed for portable RF and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. It delivers ultra low noise and low quiescent current, making it optimized for battery-powered systems. The regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, prolonging the battery life. It is compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing board space necessary for power applications. The LP3981ILD-3.03 also features a noise bypass pin for further reduction of output noise, and consumes less than 0.01µA in shutdown mode. Available in the 5-lead SC-70 packages.
