Electronic Component Model PUMB10 is a pre-biased BJT array product that combines a transistor with two resistors to provide a highly efficient integrated solution for digital automotive applications, particularly in control units. It is part of a 500 mA RETs portolio specifically developed for the automotive industry. PUMB10 has an extensive portfolio with single and double 100 mA RETs for standard small-signal digital applications as well.
