Description
The AD5621AKSZ-REEL7 is a single 12-bit digital-to-analog voltage converter designed to produce buffered voltage outputs. It is part of the nanoDAC® family and is suitable for a wide range of voltage level setting applications, portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage, and current sources, and programmable attenuators.
Specifications and features
The AD5621AKSZ-REEL7 operates from a single power supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and consumes typically 75 μA at 5 V. It comes in a tiny LFCSP and SC70 packages with 6-lead configuration. The DAC guarantees monotonic by design and has a power-on reset to 0 V with brownout detection. It has a low power serial interface that operates with clock rates up to 30 MHz and compatible with SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. The on-chip precision output amplifier allows rail-to-rail output swing to be achieved with minimized zero-code error. The AD5621AKSZ-REEL7 has 3 power-down functions and a SYNC interrupt facility.
