Description
The MC74VHCT573ADWR2 is an advanced high-speed CMOS octal latch that achieves high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation. It is designed for a 4.5V to 5.5V operating range and has power-down protection provided on inputs and outputs. The latchup performance exceeds 300mA, and it has high ESD performance. Pb-Free packages are available for environmentally friendly use.
