Description
The 2450 01570148 is a temperature sensor for electronic components. The HM-6514 model is a static CMOS RAM with a capacity of 1024 x 4. The device is designed for high performance and low power operation, with synchronous circuitry and gated inputs that allow lower operating current and eliminate the need for pull up or pull down resistors. The device features on-chip latches for addresses, enabling efficient interfacing with microprocessor systems. Its output can be forced to a high-impedance state for use in expanded memory arrays, and it is fully static, allowing it to be maintained in any state for an indefinite period of time. Data retention supply voltage and supply current are guaranteed over temperature.
