Description
The IRS2110/IRS2113 are gate drive ICs used for high voltage and high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers. These ICs are built with ruggedized monolithic construction and proprietary HVIC (High Voltage Integrated Circuit) and latch immune CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) technologies. The IRS2113 has independent high and low side referenced output channels. Propagation delays are matched to simplify use in high frequency applications. These ICs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL (Low-Power Schottky Transistor-Transistor Logic) output with logic inputs down to 3.3V. The high pulse current buffer stage is designed for minimum driver cross-conduction.

Application Scenarios
The IRS2113 can be used in various applications in power electronic circuits such as in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), inverters for industrial motors, and solar inverters.
