FXL2T245 是一款可配置的双电压供电转换器，适用于两个逻辑电平之间的单向和双向电压转换。该器件实现了高达 3.6V 与低至 1.1V 之间的电压转换。A 端口跟踪 VCCA 电平，B 端口跟踪 VCCB 电平。可在多种电压等级之间实现双向电压转换： 1.2V、1.5V、1.8V、2.5V 和 3.3V。该器件将保持 3 态，直到两个 VCC 均达到活动电平，让任一 VCC 能够首先通电。如果任一 VCC 移除，内部电源关闭控制电路则会将器件置于 3 态。发射/接收 (T/R#) 输入决定了数据流经该器件的方向。OE#E 输入处于高电平时则会将 A 端口和 B 端口同时置于 3 态状态，从而将两者禁用。FXL2T245 的设计还使得控制引脚（T/R# 和 OE#）VCCA 供电。
