Description
The S4006LS2 is a sensitive SCR semiconductor that belongs to the Teccor line of half-wave unidirectional, gate-controlled rectifiers. It is designed to complement Teccor's power SCRs. This component is available in various packages with ratings ranging from 0.8 A to 10 A and voltage ratings from 200 V to 600 V. Gate sensitivities range from 12 µA to 500 µA. It is important to note that for gate currents in the 10 mA to 50 mA ranges, please refer to the "SCRs" section of the product catalog. The TO-220 and TO-92 packages offer electrical isolation and enable the use of low-cost assembly and convenient packaging techniques.
