Description
The CY7C4245V-25ASC is a high-speed, low-power, first-in first-out (FIFO) memory with a clocked read and write interface. It is 18 bits wide and has a depth of 4K x 18. The CY7C4245V-25ASC also has programmable features such as Almost Full/Almost Empty flags, allowing for a wide variety of data buffering needs, including high-speed data acquisition, multiprocessor interfaces, and communications buffering.
