Description
The 74LVTH16245ADGVRG4 is a buffer/driver/transceiver integrated circuit that contains sixteen non-inverting bidirectional buffers. It is designed for bus-oriented applications and has separate control inputs for each byte. The direction of data flow is determined by the T/R inputs, and the OE inputs disable both the A and B ports. The LVTH16245 data inputs include bushold, eliminating the need for external pull-up resistors. This component is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications but can interface with systems at 5V VCC. It features live insertion/extraction, glitch-free bus loading during power up/down, and high latch-up performance. The ESD performance of this component exceeds 2000V for the human-body model and 200V for the machine model.
