The MIC5265-3.3YD5 TR is a 150mA LDO linear voltage regulator component in a lead-free Thin SOT-23-5 packaging. It is designed for applications where cost is a priority and is ideal for use in portable electronics, including both RF and digital applications. With low output noise and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), it is well-suited for noise sensitive applications such as RF. Additionally, it has a fast transient response and active shutdown circuitry, making it suitable for powering digital circuitry as well.
