Description
The 74LVC169DB is a high-performance, low-power, low-voltage, Si-gate CMOS device that is superior to most advanced CMOS compatible TTL families. It has a wide supply voltage range of 1.2V to 3.6V and complies with JEDEC standard no. 8-1A. The inputs accept voltages up to 5.5V, and it features CMOS low power consumption. It has a direct interface with TTL levels and allows for synchronous counting and loading. It is a modular 16 binary counter with two count enable inputs for n-bit cascading. It also has built-in lookahead carry capability and is presettable for programmable operation. The 74LVC169DB operates on a positive-edge triggered clock.
