The ACPM-7881 is a fully matched 10-pin surface mount module developed for JCDMA. This power amplifier module operates in the 898-925MHz bandwidth and is designed to meet stringent CDMA linearity requirements up to 28dBm output power. The 4mmx4mm form factor package is self-contained and incorporates 50ohm input and output matching networks.
