Description
The XC6206P302MRN is a highly precise and low power consumption linear voltage regulator. It is manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies, providing large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. This voltage regulator consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage, and an error correction circuit. It is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors and has an output voltage range of 1.2V to 5.0V, selectable in 0.1V increments. It operates at a maximum output current of 250mA and a maximum operating voltage of 6.0V.
