Description
The M41T0DS6F is a Real-time Clock (RTC) component, specifically the M41T0 TIMEKEEPER® RAM. It is a low power Serial TIMEKEEPER with a built-in 32.768kHz oscillator controlled by an external crystal. The clock/calendar function of this component uses eight registers configured in binary coded decimal (BCD) format. The data and addresses are transferred via a two-line bi-directional bus, and the built-in address register is automatically incremented after each WRITE or READ data byte. The M41T0DS6F is supplied in an 8-lead Plastic Small Outline package.
