Description
Sirenza Microdevice’s CGA-6618Z is a high performance GaAs HBT MMIC Amplifier designed with the InGaP process technology for excellent reliability. The CGA-6618Z is built with a darlington configuration for broadband performance and utilizes the heterojunction to increase breakdown voltage and minimize leakage current between junctions. It contains two amplifiers for use in wideband push-pull CATV amplifiers, resulting in excellent second order performance and improved second and third order non-linearities in the push-pull configuration.
