Description
The L9637D013TR is a monolithic integrated circuit which includes ISO 9141 compatible interface functions and is designed for Sensor and Detector Interfaces. It operates with a power supply voltage range of 4.5V to 36V, and is reverse supply (battery) protected down to VS ≥ -24V. The chip is equipped with a standby mode, with very low current consumption, an input threshold that is dependent on supply voltage, controlled output slope for low EMI, and has a high input impedance for open VS or GND connection.
