Description
The MIC5311-NLYML is a high performance, dual µCap low dropout regulator designed for linear voltage regulation. It offers ultra-low operating current and a second, even lower operating current mode called LowQ™ mode, which reduces operating current by 75%. Each regulator in the MIC5311-NLYML can source up to 300mA of output current maximum.
