Description

The MAX6421US29 is a low-power microprocessor supervisor circuit designed to monitor system voltages from 1.6V to 5V. It performs the function of asserting a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage falls below its reset threshold. The reset output remains asserted for the reset timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold. The reset timeout period can be adjusted externally using a capacitor, providing flexibility. This component is available in small 4-pin SC70, 4-pin SOT143, and 5-pin SOT23 packages. It is compatible with other similar components like LP3470, NCP300-NCP303, MC33464-MC33465, S807-S809, RN5VD, and PST92XX.
