  • Description

    The PL560-08QC-R is a clock generator, frequency synthesizer, and PLL electronic component model. It consists of a monolithic integrated circuit that includes a photodiode, linear amplifier, voltage regulator, and Schmitt trigger on a single silicon chip. This device is designed to provide TTL/LSTTL compatible logic level output, capable of driving up to 10 TTL loads over a voltage range of 4.5V to 16V. The Photologic® chip is housed in a molded plastic package with an integral lens for improved optical coupling.
