Description

The SY100EPT22VZI is a dual TTL/CMOS to differential PECL translator that can be used in LVTTL/LVCMOS/LVPECL or TTL/CMOS/PECL systems. It has a single positive supply of 3.3V or 5V and does not require a negative supply. With its small 8-pin MSOP package and low skew design, this translator is ideal for applications where space, performance, and low power are important.
