Description
The LMH0031VS is a linear video processing electronic component model. It consists of a wideband DC coupled voltage controlled gain stage followed by a high-speed current feedback operational amplifier. The gain adjustment range is 80 dB for frequencies up to 10 MHz, which can be controlled by varying the gain control input voltage. The power consumption is 110 mW with a speed of 150 MHz and a gain control bandwidth of 100 MHz. The device has a low output referred DC offset voltage and device-to-device gain matching within ±0.5 dB at maximum gain. It can be easily configured as an inverting amplifier with its near-ideal input characteristics.
