The 06035A820KAT2A is a ceramic disc capacitor featuring Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor Technology (InGaP HBT). It is a broadband high linearity amplifier suitable for a wide range of applications in Class A, small-signal, and general-purpose RF circuits. With a frequency range of 40-3600 MHz, it is compatible with cellular, PCS, BWA, WLL, PHS, CATV, VHF, UHF, UMTS, and general small-signal RF applications.
